Morninghan successfully obtained the new version of IATF 16949:2016 quality management system certificate

Morninghan passed the on-site audit of GB/T 19001-2016 quality management system certification organised by China New Era Certification Centre in December 2018, and the registration number of the civil product system certificate is: 20218Q10305R0S. In July 2019, we completed the first supervisory review of TS16949, and obtained the certification certificate of IATF16949:2016 in August , marking a further step in the management of Morninghan's intelligent production system.

01、 What is IATF16949?

IATF (International Automotive Task Force) is a specialised body established in 1996 by the world's leading automotive manufacturers and associations. Based on the combination of the ISO9001:2000 version of the standard, and under the recognition of ISO/TC176, the specification ISO/TS16949 :2002 was developed. 2009 updated to: ISO/TS16949:2009. the current implementation of the latest standard is: IATF16949:2016.

IATF 16949:2016 is a technical specification for the international automotive industry whose relevance and applicability is very clear: this specification applies only to automotive OEMs and their direct component manufacturers. These manufacturers must be directly related to the production of automobiles, be able to carry out process manufacturing activities, and through such activities be able to add value to their products. The standard focuses specifically on the manufacturer's finished product and the quality system capability to achieve this finished product. It considers this to be the basis for the entire manufacturing process activity. Another feature is that it pays particular attention to the effectiveness of an organisation's quality management system.
